No matter what has been done to protect victims of DV, we women are still treated with shocking disrespect and to a huge point, like servants and are punished when we do not act as per their controlling expectations and insistence, or command.
When we are pushed to action and mainly to protect our children aas much as our self, we do not have options of safe places to be sheltered.. especially, living regional, and especially as a “Woman with sons” that she wants to keep at her side to maintain their daily routines of child rearing.
This matter is difficult to list all issues, being as the CPTSD has a way of freezing the extension of words to express how debilitating it is to protect self and sons without significant unwanted compromising.
