1. I support Parkinson’s NSW. The organisation provides important and essential support services to those living with PD, their carers, and families within NSW
2. I have PD and am aware of the need for Intitial support, and then as the condition progresses, the need for ongoing support for both myself, my wife (my carer), and my family. The support I might receive from Parkinson’s NSW can be tailored to suit my individual needs and family requirements
3. Education and community awareness are essential to provide best management practices for sufferers, carers,families, health professionals,and community service providers. Parkinson’s NSW are able to provide help and advice to such service providers
4. Parkinson’s NSW have a proven track record of providing excellents support services to those living with PD carers,and their families in NSW
5. The current stats make known the need and the projected increase of PD worldwide. Government funding will help Parkinson’s NSW keep on top of and ahead of the ball when it comes providing quality support and services to those of us living with PD our carers and families and support for our local service providers and community groups
